Following with the improvement of rubber synthesis and processing technologies, silicone rubber products are widely used in automotive,aerospace,electronics and other fields of science and technology due to their excellent performances.

However, silicone rubber and other rubber showed poor aging resistance, corrosion resistance,weather resistance,wear resistance and short lifetime under high temperature,high radiation,high pollution and other harsh environments, and the application are limited. Theretore,the lifetime of silicone rubber and other ruplber o-ring could be lengthened by surface modification as fluorinated coating.
Silicone rubber O-Ring material testing requirements:
1.Air aging test(168h/120℃)
2.No sticking phenomenon was observed in 4hours under 200℃ and high pressure.
3.Tensile strength 6.5N/mm²
4.Use A method of DIN ISO34-1,the tear strength of O-ring must over 6N/mm
Appearance:
The products must be clean and free of burrs,cracks,bubbles and flow marks.
